Internal/ External signatories

Want to know the difference between internal and external signatories?

Both of them can sign documents, but they do not have the same access to Yousign

Internal Signatory :

• They got an active Yousign account and can access their signature book

• Most of the time, they are a member of your team who also needs to create/validate procedures.

External signatories :

• They do not have a Yousign account but they can sign a document.
• Only you and other internal signatories can invite them to complete a procedure.
