My signers have the same phone number, what can I do?

When you create a procedure, it is possible that two people may share the same telephone number.

You can alternatively choose one the following options:

• Use the landline number for one of the signatory
• Use an authentication by email for one or both of the signatories

As a reminder, the level of security and the authentification need to be measured according to what type of documents will be signed.
