My signatory doesn’t have a mobile phone

  • If your signatory doesn’t have a mobile phone, you can enter a landline number.

Also, instead of receiving a security code by SMS, the voice server can call a landline number to give them the security code. Please be aware that this means that the signatory must have access to a landline to be able to validate their signature request.

  • It is also possible to send the security code by E-mail. This action is completed through the third stage in the signature request process, which is called "Settings".

However, the level of security and authentication mode should be selected based on the nature of the documents that you would like to be signed.
