My signatory doesn’t have a mobile phone

- If your signatory doesn’t have a mobile phone, you can enter a landline number.
Also, instead of receiving a security code by SMS, the voice server can call a landline number to give them the security code. Please be aware that this means that the signatory must have access to a landline to be able to validate their signature request.
- It is also possible to send the security code by E-mail. This action is completed through the third stage in the signature request process, which is called "Settings".
