Automatic mail reminders

Inviting someone to sign can generate a lot of follow-up work: reminders, reporting information to different people...

You can save time by delegating your administrative management to our platform using automatic reminders!

This feature is only available for our APP Business or API Premium customers.

At the third step when you create a procedure, in the Managing the notifications section, you only need to define the frequency of reminders and then the number of iterations you want.

Automatic reminders will only be sent to signers or validators who have not signed or validated their procedures yet.
