Which type of file format should I use?

The Yousign electronic signature can be completed on any type of document in a PDF format.

Tip : If however, you have documents that are in a Microsoft Word or Excel format, it’s possible to export them into a PDF format.

For example with Microsoft Office 365*:

Step 1:

Click on "File".

Step 2:

Click on "Export" on the left menu

Step 3:

Click on "Create PDF / XPS" to save your document in PDF format.

Step 4:

Name and save your PDF document.

You can now import it into your Yousign! electronic signature application.
