How does it work in practice?

I want to sign a document:

You can sign a document electronically in less than one minute!

Then all you need to do is access the documents that you need to sign through the email you received by clicking on the "Access documents" button. Once you’ve read the documents, you can click on “Sign” and you’re done! You’ll be able to download the signed documents.

You may also be asked to confirm your identity by entering a code sent by SMS or email.

All you need to do is to enter personal details of the signatories (name, surname, email address and telephone number) and then upload your PDF document to be signed.

Next, you’ll need to activate the signature by marking out the spaces for the signatures, so that they are visible and affixed to the document.  

Finally, you’ll need to approve the signature procedure and the signatories will receive an automatic email requesting their signature.
