Does the visual signature have any legal value?

No! Electronic signature has a legal value, not the visual signature.

This is surely one of the main differences between the handwritten signature and the electronic signature.
The signature on the document is essentially psychological and cosmetic, and it only materializes the consent of the signatory.

On the other hand, the electronic signature, which has legal value, is a cryptographic, immaterial and invisible process, which is integrated into the PDF document format.
