Emails sent by Yousign can sometimes be blocked by your email provider. You can take the following actions : 

  • Spam folder
  1. Check your spam / junk email folder 
  2. Add our email address no-response@yousign.fr to your "whitelist" or add this address as a contact. Emails should no longer be blocked by your provider. 

Alternatively, your contact could directly send you the link to your signature request from their inbox by copying the link from their Yousign dashboard.

  • Are signers ordered within the procedure ? 

If signers are ordered within the signature request, you'll receive an email notification for you to sign only once all previous signers have completed their signature request.
